  1. Municipal services including Development Planning, Building Plan Approval, and Manufacturing.
  2. Business Premises License, Property Valuation and Enforcement.
The Quality Policy of MPAG are:
  1. To provide unwavering commitment towards continuous improvement and routine implementation of Excellent Work Culture in ensuring progress and quality of service.
  2. To continually be committed in complying to the MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System through continuous quality improvements.
  3. To ensure the quality objectives remain constantly relevant through constant assessments and reviews of this quality policy’s achievements in the Management Review Meeting.
  4. To prioritize customer’s needs and satisfaction in the Quality Management System to be in accordance with the implementation of established policies and regulations.
