Functions
Coordinate and monitor the development plan applications and other applications received via the OSC online system. Functions as the secretariat for the OSC Committee Meeting twice a month. Inform the applicants of the results/approval for development proposal application. Verify land development application to the Land Office and prepare regular reporting through the OSC portal.
- Management of applications related to land development, planning permission, infrastructure, building and landscape plans.
- Secretariat for the OSC Committee.
- Unit’s quality management.
- General administration of the unit.
