Constructed at Pengkalan Balak, this sailboat complex is situated about 30 kilometres from Hang Jebat Sports Complex. Built in conjunction with the hosting of Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA) 2010 by the state of Melaka, construction began in November 2009 and was completed in April 2010. This complex is administrated by the National Sports Council of Melaka. Equipped with sophisticated and high standard facilities, this complex can host both large and high-level tournaments.
